Classroom Management is an important thing in the classroom for any teacher in a school. Us teachers and administrators use this to help guide behaviors that we get from our students. From the worst behaviors to the students with good behaviors. We have to punish to the bad behavior because we don't accept it at all, and we shouldn't have too. But every students is different and every students has their way of handling things. Fights at school and violent acts are the worst and are probably the worst kind of behavior we can have. But behavior from a student is much more than just that. These behaviors consist of back talk, showing up late or not participating at all in the classroom. Those are all negatives though, do not get it twisted because there are also many good behaviors from students. Good participation, good manners, and students that are consistently hard working. But the question is how do we get all the students on with good behavior? This is where class management comes in. Kids being sent up to the office, given refferals, saturday school, and detention all that stuff are ways we try to get them on the right track of good behavior. As well as giving good behavior results as well like extra recess, candy or better grades. All this applies to classroom management. How do you think we should handle bad behavior?

In this video Simon sinek talks about why we do things. I mainly got out of this is why do we do what we do? Why you do something means the most to success. Are you doing it for the money, for the spotlight or you doing something because you love it and it makes you happy? I find myself as a leader, because that's what I want to be and I believe in that. I grew up a quarterback and captain on all my sports team I was a leader then. I chose to be a teacher, because I want to be a leader for people. I dont want to stop and settle for anything, I want more and will always want more. If I was in it for the money I dont think teaching would be the best route anyway. Be a teacher because you love it, you love teaching and you love helping people be successful. This video shows you the main reason things are successful and why things aren't. That goes back to the why you are doing it. Do things because you love it and want it not for the money and you will be okay. Have passion for what you do and you will be successful.
Mobile learning is something that is fast on the rise. Think about it everyday people use some sort of a mobile device and they keep it with them 24/7. So whats the next step? Getting education taught through the mobile devices that are used everyday. This can offer many positive learning habits. One positive I believe this offers is the ability to learn at your own pace. You have the option to learn around your own schedule instead of waiting on classmates or teachers. You can do it first thing in the morning or late at night whatever your schedule offers or whenever your better learning at. You can also learn at your own pace, meaning you can read over and over again until you get it or if it takes you one time to go through it to learn it you can move on. Also gives you the opportunity to learn different ways; whether that be auditory, visual or hands on. You can pick to listen or to watch videos on the material. Whatever you prefer and helps you the most you have all these options and is a positive outlook on mobile learning. What do you think?
